Historic Fox Theatre - Detroit, MI
Historic Fox Theatre in Detroit, MI. This theatre opened in 1928 and is noted as the first theater designed and built to include a speaker system for sound films. The theatre was listed on the National Register of Historic Places in 1985 and was designated a National Historic Landmark in 1989.
